Support Request: PC Reset

Description

I can't remember my login details for the PC I am running SiteKiosk on and only have the standard restricted SiteKiosk access. I need to install software onto the PC to run an http-proxy server but can't access the USB stick or run the install software for Node.js. Can you let me know how I can reset my PC so that I can reinstall all software including SiteKiosk so that I can add a new admin account to the PC. Thanks.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but you will have to contact the person who installed and configured the Windows system.
We are purely a software manufacturer and do not install or configure computers on site.

Hi Michael, I was the one that installed the software but it's the SiteKiosk setup that has locked me out of the PC. If there is no way to turn the access to BIOS settings back on through the SiteKiosk PC login, I'll just have to switch to a different PC.

Hello,

I think there is a misunderstanding.

The SiteKiosk Online Client is a Windows software and does not change the access data of existing Windows accounts, nor does it have access to the BIOS of the system (or change it).
Also see: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/SiteKioskClient.html

The BIOS can usually be accessed before the Windows System starts (With a corresponding key combination defined by the manufacturer of the computer).

If you need help to exit the SiteKiosk Online Client please see here: https://sitekiosk.online/help/en/Exitingtheclient.html
