Support Request: cannot loggin and co-worker left

my co-worker left last September bit I want to login to the Sitekiosk online environment but what credential i put in it dont work can you help us out a bit ?

In general, you can use the forgot password function:
https://sitekiosk.online/pub/forgotpwd/forgotpwd.aspx

To do this, you must know the user’s name and have access to the e-mail address you have added for the user.

However, since I cannot find a team on https://sitekiosk.online with the e-mail domain (at)modiform.nl, it could also be that the team has already been deleted. Teams without a valid license will be deleted 60 days after the last license expires. (The responsible person for a team receives a warning message by email one week before the last SiteKiosk Online license expires - unless it has been actively deactivated or an expired or non-existent email address is used) - and another warning message after the last license expires. A warning message is also displayed after logging into the team at https://sitekiosk.online.)
