Support Request: Unable to uninstall SiteKiosk

Description

Hi, we just purchased 2 more licenses for SiteKiosk Online and are trying to upgrade 2 machines that have SiteKiosk on them from ~2014, when we go to uninstall we get an unspecified error that rolls back the uninstall and we cannot install the new version without it. We also don't have a "C:\Program Files (x86)\sitekiosk" folder.

Is there a cleaning tool or list of registry keys we need to delete to upgrade?

Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry. You can only install SiteKiosk Online on Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices. I suggest reimaging those devices or ensure that you are using the right operating system: https://us.sitekiosk.online/help/en/SystemRequirements.html

An email will be sent with instructions on how to clear SiteKiosk Classic install. Just an emphasis to check your OS version to ensure you are using the right one.
